2020 Data Center

Completed in 2013, the 2020 Fifth Avenue Data Center is a secure 10-story, 126,000 square foot state of the art data center featuring critical infrastructure supporting 12 MW of power, redundant electrical and mechanical systems, a sky bridge to the Westin Building Exchange and parking for 73 cars. The project repurposed a 1975 seven story parking garage, and was honored as NAIOP’s Redevelopment of the Year in 2013 and received the AGC Grand Award for Construction in 2014. A LEED Gold Certified facility, 2020 Fifth Ave is located one block west of Amazon’s world headquarters in the exciting Denny Regrade neighborhood and has direct fiber connectivity to the Westin Building Exchange.
