The Building
This 24-story Class A office tower, featuring 22 floors of office
space and prominent street-level retail space, was completed in
2001.
In 2008, 1700 Seventh Avenue earned the EPA's Energy Star label. As an Energy Star Building, 1700 Seventh Avenue uses 41% less energy than average office buildings, while maintaining a comfortable environment and high indoor air quality for occupants.
